As the 2019 general election draws nearer, a coalition of minority parties in Lagos and civil society groups, Star Alliance, has declared that the group is poised to wrestle power from the ruling APC in the state with what it described as a zero money politics and no noise campaign.
Chief Kola Ajayi, the Chairman of the Star Alliance and leader of the minority parties, vowed that it is possible to defeat the APC in Lagos.
Chief Ajayi claimed that the coalition would run a zero money politics, no fake or forced endorsements and a no noise campaign because the present office holders have failed.
He said, “While these leaders continue to develop their children and families with commonwealth resources, they have designed and executed a plan to abandon and neglect the youths and women of the grassroots of the state.”
